Jennie Richards is usually the voice that greets you when you call.  She is involved with client service tasks such as making appointments with clients, updating personal information, including address and beneficiary changes.  In addition, she prepares most of the day to day client correspondence, meets and greets clients as they arrive for appointments and generally provides a smiling resource for any task that needs to be handled.  Jennie maintains all of the firms data bases, and is responsible for office software and hardware. 

Jennie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1995.

She resides with her husband, Adam, and their son Nathan in Cincinnati, Ohio.
