Laura Maxwell is the Investment Operations Specialist for the firm. Laura is responsible for establishing the initial client file, which includes the preparation of account paperwork, facilitating transfers and submitting new business to the appropriate vendor. Laura also provides ongoing account maintenance responding to various client servicing issues. She works closely with advisors and staff to ensure that client servicing is a smooth and accurate process. Laura also assists in keeping the firm’s databases current. Laura graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from Pennsylvania State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and French. Laura lives in Montgomery, Ohio with her husband, Andy and their children Jake and Jamie.
